Stephen Cotsen grew up in Cardiff and studied Chazzanut with Chazan Zvi Finkelstein in Cardiff and at Jews’ College London. He was appointed Chazan at New London Synagogue in 1999 and also serves the Synagogue as its Community Director. Stephen teaches liturgy, Torah & Haftarah reading, and general Jewish Studies.
